NFP Retirement
Kim Pruitt is a Senior Plan Consultant for NFP Retirement’s Southeast team. Kim joined NFP Retirement because of the company’s reputation of integrity and leadership.
Prior to joining NFP Retirement, Kim spent four years working for Fidelity Investments as an account executive for defined contribution plans. She benchmarked plans, provided education for plan participants and completed and implemented the sales process. Kim has passed the FINRA exams: 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts), 63 (Uniform Securities Agents State Law Exam) and 65 (NASAA-Investment Advisors Law Exam), as well as obtained the C(k)P® Certified 401(k) Professional Designation from The Retirement Advisor University, a collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education. Kim consulted for retirement plans for six years before joining the NFP Retirement team.
Kim brings her expertise in plan design, fiduciary guidance and employee education to NFP Retirement. She is passionate about ensuring retirement readiness for everyone. Kim’s dedication to the retirement industry was applauded when she was named one of the NAPA Top Women Advisors in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Kim lives with her husband and three sons in Haslet, Texas. She enjoys traveling, attending baseball games and supporting SafeHaven of Tarrant County.
