In addition to being an adjunct lecturer for TPSU, Daniel is an author, entrepreneur, philanthropist, iron man, and the president of national sales for HUB International.
A dynamic individual, Daniel is a financial industry and financial wellness thought-leader who helps advisors and clients empower their employees to make better financial decisions and improve their life outcomes.
Daniel earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. He began his career working in corporate finance for Sam Zell’s The Equity Group. He then transitioned into a successful technology investment banking career for leading firms, such as Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Robertson Stephens. He co-founded Sheridan Road in 2005, and acted as CEO and Managing Partner until they joined HUB International at the end of 2018.
Daniel has two beautiful daughters, Ainsley and Lily. He enjoys exploring the diverse culture of the world through travel, food, music, and people. Daniel thrives on new experiences!
An entrepreneur and philanthropist, Daniel understands the value of giving back to his community. He is an active member and supporter of a variety of volunteer, philanthropic and arts-related organizations that he contributes to both personally and professionally. He is a member of the Commercial Club, the Economic Club, the Chicago Club, The Standard Club, and YPO.

- Hopkins Center, Dartmouth College – Member of the Advisory Board for the New Hampshire based performing arts center
- Sheridan Road Charitable Foundation – President of the Foundation that helps to improve K-12 urban education outcomes, provides after-school opportunities, and offers support for women’s cancer initiatives
