He provides on-site support to plan sponsors to help them understand and meet their ongoing fiduciary obligations. Sam is also a member of the Cerity Partners Retirement Plan Investment Committee facilitating ongoing investment reviews and fund lineup development for the Retirement Plan Advisory practice. \nSam began his career at Pension Architects in 2011 after graduating from Pepperdine University with a degree in International Studies. He served in an operational role overseeing compliance as well as tracking and reporting of client plan operations. He pursued secondary credential programs attaining his Accredited Investment Fiduciary\, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designations and is a Certified 401(k) Professional.
