Adjunct Lecturer

David Cox, C(K)P®, AIF®, CPFA™
Vice President of Sales
benefitRFP, Inc.

David serves clients as an executive benefits consultant. He has partnered with hundreds of employers to implement, monitor, and enhance their retirement plans. As a trusted advisor, David brings a deep knowledge of both qualified and nonqualified plans, and the rules and regulations that govern them, along with an expansive
network of professional contacts to support his clients.

As a member of the benefitRFP team, David uses our award-winning technology to assess the state of a client's total rewards package and recommend adjustments to be more efficient and to produce higher quality results. He seeks to:

  • Improve cash flow related to existing benefits programs,
  •  Enhance the executive benefits offering to recruit, reward, and retain key talent
  • And to turn benefits programs into profit centers that allow business leaders to spend the excess cash to grow the company, offset costs of other benefits programs, expand the benefits offering, or return the
    savings to shareholders.

David cultivates long-term relationships with clients by building trust and confidence in his ability to identify goals and solutions. He embeds integrity in everything he does, and prides himself on his ability to communicate complex concepts in a practical manner. He advises clients in a variety of industries, and from small, closely-held businesses to national corporations.
