In his role as Senior Sales Executive of Retirement Services at Marsh McLennan Agency, Brett is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of retirement plans for organizations. He partners with finance, human resources, and benefits teams to provide comprehensive support for retirement plans, including fiduciary guidance, plan design, fee analysis, vendor management, investment selection, compliance, and participant education.
Before joining Marsh McLennan Agency, Brett consistently performed as a Circle of Excellence Retirement Plan Producer, managing large market plans at ADP for over ten years. He is well-versed in capital management services. Additionally, Brett has extensive knowledge in the not-for-profit sector, where he manages a four-pronged approach in Uganda to support the care of more than 5,300 refugee women and children.
Brett holds a sociology degree from Rutgers University and possesses FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
